We leverage our extensive network of brokers, consultants, and industry leaders to source over 2,500 opportunities annually.

Team Evaluation

Through rigorous due diligence and internal debate, we thoroughly analyze 250 deals per year, with only around 25 (~1%) proceeding to full underwriting.

Each deal is carefully evaluated to ensure alignment with our targeted investment criteria.

Investment Execution

Ultimately, we close on 3 to 10 of the highest-potential opportunities each year, representing less than 0.2% of all reviewed deals.

Example of Investor Capital Flows

Our structured investment process is designed to maximize returns and manage capital efficiently:
Years 1-3
Capital is drawn to fund proportional shares of selected deals, with assets acquired and improved.
Years 3-6
Cash flows are generated, properties are improved, and assets are prepared for sale or refinancing.
Years 4-10
Income is distributed to investors along with the return of capital from sold properties, creating sustained value.
Future Funds
By Year 4, we plan to launch subsequent funds, offering investors the opportunity to redeploy capital into new, high-growth opportunities.
