Dan leads a dedicated team of experts who combine deep local knowledge with global investment strategies. From Diverse Beginnings to Real Estate Excellence

Before entering the real estate sector, Dan developed expertise in sales, business management, negotiation, procurement, and finance, skills that now guide both his personal investments and team operations. This diverse background gave Dan and his growing network of professionals the tools needed to excel in complex markets.

In 2011, Dan identified a niche opportunity in downtown Hamilton, Ontario, Canada where he and his team built a $15 million CAD portfolio of multi-family and commercial properties spanning over 50,000 square feet. By transforming distressed assets into cash-flowing properties, Dan established a reputation for delivering impressive returns—achieving project-level IRRs of at least 20% and portfolio-wide returns above 40%. This track record became the foundation for the strategic vision that guides both his personal investments and the larger InvestCARICOM platform today.

Caribbean Expansion and Global Perspective

In 2020, Dan expanded his focus to the Eastern Caribbean, drawn by the region’s high-growth potential, investor-friendly environment, and abundant opportunities for real estate development. With his team, Dan launched InvestCARICOM™ to serve international investors seeking access to luxury residential, new developments, Citizenship by Investment (CBI)-approved properties, and commercial real estate opportunities.

As an Advisor with Sotheby’s International Realty, Dan also plays an active role in the Caribbean’s premium real estate market. His team collaborates with local partners, governments, and developers to source exclusive opportunities, ensuring clients have access to projects that align with both financial and lifestyle objectives. By leveraging their combined expertise and strategic partnerships, Dan and his team help investors successfully navigate the complexities of Caribbean markets.
